The response from the agent Amir was very fast and professional.
Everything was clearly explained and the service was smooth.
Technician Azizi was also very efficient. My car suddenly couldn’t start around 7:00 pm. Although Azizi was attending another case nearby and arrived around 7:50 pm, he managed to replace the battery in less than 15 minutes once he arrived.
The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden charges at all, which I really appreciate.
Overall, a very reliable and efficient service. Highly recommended.

The whole process was very smooth and fast. Agent: Vishnu was very helpful, polite, and professional in handling the request. Technician: Kamil arrived quickly and completed the car battery replacement efficiently.

Introduced and recommended by my friend. My car battery was drainedin the shopping mall...they responded fast and assigned tech runner (Mr.Ho) fast, he came fast, he sent live location via WhatsApp, efficient communication, easy to know when coming.. Impressed! The work was done within like 10mins. Overall super efficient, received super great service and best experience ever I had! Great value too. I want to give 10 stars if available

Battery breakdown in the morning and called for assistance to change battery. The personnel who attended to me, Vishnu was responsive and the experience was seamless. The mechanic, Mr Tan was also helpful and friendly. The process was fast, simple and hassle free.
